As industrial test engineer at Sencure you will be responsible for the implementation of industrial test (HW and SW) for all product developments towards mass-production.

Your Profile

• Experience (5+ years) with test development and Automated Test Equipment (ATE), such as Teradyne Uflex, or similar platforms.

• Programming language like C++, Phyton, Visual Basic.
• Knowledge of Design for Test.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and yield optimization in semiconductor production.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively within teams
• Delivers high-quality outcomes while being a trusted and reliable contributor within the team and to customers.
• Effective communicator who actively contributes to team learning and knowledge exchange.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
• ATE load board design and validation, both wafer test and final test

Your Responsibilities

• Hardware and software development for semiconductor products on ATE platforms.

• Test plan development for semiconductor products on ATE platforms.
• Test hardware development and validation such as load boards, probe cards, and other hardware interfaces.
• Develop new testing methods, both hardware and software to measure low currents/voltages and (sensitive) timing measurements.
• Overall test strategy
• Analyze problems and define/implement solutions.
• Make project estimations and schedules.
• Organize and participate in technical FMEAs, the definition of test coverage, and define new test methodologies.
• Analyze test data to support yield optimization and Design for Testability (DFT) improvements.
• Support test transfer and production ramp up to Far East.
• Cooperate with the design engineers and architect to understand and drive DfT and ensure adequate test coverage and yield.
• Close cooperation with suppliers: define, drive and track work packages related to industrial test development (hardware and software).
• Test program development software and scripts in C++, python, visual basic.
